about this project

Writing about health, the human body and biological processes are well-within my comfort zone, however the challenge was to connect with women of all ages who may be experiencing menopausal symptoms. I'm happy to say the full article was well received and even inspired several live FAQ sessions for the client.

The Ultimate Guide

to Menopause

Solutions for Every Stage - 40’s, 50’s & 60’s

What’s one thing all women have in common,

and realize too late?

A thing they can all name,

but none can escape?

The Culprit is (drumroll please)

MENOPAUSE!

Hello there, this is your Dr. Tai and today I will be spelling out the A-to-Z of menopause, using information and expertise I’ve gathered from my 50 years of research and treatment of women just like you.

You see, Menopause isn’t just one singular point in life. It is actually several distinct stages, all with different needs and focuses. I am here to bring you the breakdown of Menopause and exactly what each decade of life brings with it.

I pray you stick around until the end of this newsletter as I will be revealing the TOP hormone that women of every age from all walks of life need in their life.

Here’s a hint: It’s NOT Estrogen!

With that, let’s begin!

OH Lordy, look who’s 40!

Gone are the awkwardness of your 20’s and uncertainty of your 30’s. You are now 40 and uniquely positioned to enjoy life the way only a 40-year-old-you knows how!

But there’s just a little issue, a wrench in the plans.

Peri Menopause has begun. Where you used to have energy and vibrance, you now groan as you get out of bed. Late nights are a no-go and you’re fatigued as all get-out from your depleted battery. Due to this, many consider their 40’s to be a time of mourning for their younger years and coming to terms with incremental declines in health.

Now Imagine…

You’re 40, yes, but you are LIBERATED! Instead of sleepless nights and a decreasing Quality of Life, you are fierce, fearless and fired up for what the future has to bring you. You are not mourning, you are THRIVING as the best possible version of yourself.

You may ask how this is possible. Yes, as you enter Peri Menopause you will begin experiencing irregular periods and the starting symptoms of Menopause, but by focusing on treating the cause of these symptoms now rather than later, you can ease the transition from Peri Menopause to Menopause.

And what’s the biggest symptom of Menopause for women in their 40’s?

LACK OF ENERGY!

There’s a reason that I’m bringing you this newsletter during the Fall Months. You see, in Chinese Medicine, we believe that the change of seasons affect sleep. Tiredness among women peaks in Autumn! Combine that with “40’s Fatigue” and you feel like a zombie from now to Spring.

The Key to Abundant Energy

Don’t spend your 40’s dragging your feet due to poor-quality sleep and energy levels in the red. Now is your time to shine - and today I’m sharing the exact customizable treatment to help get you back to optimal efficiency.

Max Adrenal Specialist - Could it be cortisol? I think YES! Cortisol is the primary stress hormone, with low levels responsible for weakness, fatigue, mood changes and low blood pressure. When levels are high, however, it is responsible for burning out and leaving you with Adrenal Fatigue. Most supplements won’t work for irregular cortisol levels - trust me, I have the bags of vitamins, minerals and herbal remedies to PROVE it. The only thing that has truly worked to support my patient’s Adrenals is the powerful extraction of Glycerrhyza acid from licorice! Max Adrenal incorporates this powerful extraction to help modulate and balance Cortisol levels as well as maintain an appropriate level of Cortisol throughout the day.

Max Performance Specialist - Cordyceps mushroom is one of my favorite ingredients as it’s been shown to help balance hormones like Estrogen and Progesterone that are lost to Menopause while supporting your Adrenal Glands. By combining Max Performance with Max Adrenal to regulate your adrenal glands, you can improve your sleep and boost your immune system and energy levels over time without a stimulant. As an ADDED BONUS, the beneficial effects of Cordyceps can also help to protect against and improve Osteoporosis due to its ability to prevent bone loss caused by Estrogen Deficiency.

Super B12 Sublingual - I get asked quite often which vitamins are valid for Menopausal Women. To this I answer wholeheartedly - VITAMIN B! Not just regular Vitamin B, either! The entire Vitamin B complex is important to maintain healthy human metabolism. Metabolism isn’t just how your body burns calories, either. It’s the neutralization of Toxic Amino Acids that slow us down, cause tiredness and deteriorate our bodies. I recommend my very own Super B12 Sublingual because it is specially designed with New Delivery Technology - by using Micronized Liposomes that are able to bypass the gastrointestinal barrier and increase effectiveness of absorption. This causes ultra-fast results as the B-Complex is transported from the oral mucosa directly to the bloodstream. If you are tired of the fatigue and low moods of Peri Menopause, I highly suggest adding Super B12 Sublingual to your regimen.

Let’s Talk Thyroid

Did you know that thyroid problems are more prevalent in women? That little butterfly-shaped gland in your neck produces essential hormones that affect all aspects of your metabolism. Any irregular activity, whether it be overactivity or underactivity, will most likely leave you feeling fatigued and unable to function.

It is important to think about your thyroid and begin to support it in your 40’s - ESPECIALLY if you have symptoms of Peri Menopause.

Hypothyroidism (the most common thyroid disorder) can increase frequency and worsen symptoms of Menopause. A 2007 research study proved that women with a thyroid disorder and severe menopause experienced improved symptoms ONLY AFTER getting treated for their thyroid disorder.

This goes to show, without a healthy thyroid at the foundation, your body will break down and you can say goodbye to your regular routine. Don’t let this be you - thyroid health is important and disorders are completely preventable with the proper supplementation.

Cellular Energy Support contains the world renowned Ashwagandha, a Indian herbal ingredient known to increase performance from its adaptogenic properties. In a 2021 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, participants took 300 milligrams of Ashwagandha or a placebo twice daily for 8 weeks. The researchers assessed a significant reduction in hot flashes, urinary symptoms and a reduction in the Menopause-Related issues in a Quality of Life score. This is all through Ashwagandha’s ability to reduce inflammation and increase thyroxine, the main hormone produced by the thyroid gland.

Max Sea Extract - Iodine and Iodide are both elements needed for the proper production of thyroid hormones, but American’s simply do not get enough in their typical diet (hence why we iodized salt!). Max Sea Extract combines both of these essential elements using natural, Non-GMO Mozuko Kelp extract, giving you a balance of 6mg of Iodine AND Iodide with every dosage to support healthy Thyroid Hormone Metabolism.

With this team of high-quality supplements, I have helped HUNDREDS of 40-something women to reclaim their energy levels and snuff out fatigue.
